Medusa

Here is my submission for the Artisan Crafts Monthly Challenge for April: Mythology.

I wasn't quite sure how she would turn out as the "modern" look of Medusa/Gorgons seems a lot more human than in the original description.

This was my first attempt at this style of wings and I'm quite pleased with how she turned out overall. There are pipe-cleaners in the snakes and in the outer structure of the wings. Red sparkle puffy paint for the snake eyes.

I also made her a little outfit...she seemed a bit incomplete without it
